Speak continues our tradition of promoting the world’s oldest art form in new ways. Your contributions will help us ensure that the artistic director is sustainably compensated, continue to attract world class tellers, and provide well-received outreach programs for area schools and organizations.

Become an Outreach Donor and give the gift of storytelling to local students!
Gifts of $500 for 2024 will be listed on our website as Outreach Donors. Outreach Donors have the option of listing their name as a sponsor of a 2024 artist’s visit to a local school or community organization. Contact our artistic director with questions.

Become a Producing Donor and give the gift of storytelling to our community!
Gifts of $1000 or greater for 2024 will be listed on our website as Producing Donors. Producing Donors have the option of listing their name as a sponsor of a 2024 artist. Contact our artistic director with questions.

Become a Commissioning Donor and give the gift of storytelling to the world!
A gift of $2000 or greater for 2024 will be listed on our website as Commissioning Donor. Commissioning Donors have the option of listing their name as a sponsor of the 2024 commissioned story artist. Contact our artistic director with questions.

Donations of any amount are welcome. Donors of $50 or greater will be listed on our website as Friends of Speak.

We are excited about the range of possibilities our new status provides. In our ten years of existence Speak has become one of Shepherdstown’s cultural gems. We welcome your support to allow it to grow and evolve.
